Fuel the Fire

Opening a restaurant is a wild ride, and we’re doing this the DIY way. We are a tiny team running incredibly lean, pouring our hearts (and our limited opening budget) directly into the food and service rather than flashy marketing. We’re taking it slow and relying on the community to help spread the word.

For folks who have supported us in the past but don’t live close enough to visit regularly, we’ve set up this page. Any contribution goes directly into sustaining our day-to-day operations, paying our hardworking crew, and giving us breathing room to establish our roots.
