Topics:
-
Dough. A deer? Probably not many deer in this one. Glutinous and non-glutinous alike, grains and their relatives are major staples globally.
-
Present food becomes food for future you. Pickling, fermentation, etc. Harness the transformative power of preservation through a blend of modern understanding and heritage process.
-
Fruits and vegetables deserve more attention and celebration. This plant-focused series takes produce from “something on the side” to “my main dish.”
-
Food waste is a problem. An unreasonably large one. However, with simple tools and a new perspective, opportunity for deliciousness is hiding where you least expect.
-
Sometimes a topic doesn’t fold neatly into a box, or doesn’t need a Volume-numeric series.
Family-friendly classes, Holiday themes, or whatever really bad pun we can come up with for a fun time.
